By creating a Kadai account or using Kadai, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to agree to them in your country.
Shared content and conduct
Tasks, calendar names, notes, locations, profile details, and invitations can be visible to people with access to the same calendar. Do not submit illegal, sexually explicit, exploitative, threatening, hateful, harassing, deceptive, privacy-invasive, or otherwise harmful content. Do not use Kadai to target, impersonate, or endanger another person.
Kadai may review reports, restrict access, remove content, remove a user from a shared calendar, suspend an account, or preserve evidence where reasonably necessary to protect users or comply with law. Use in-app reporting controls to flag objectionable shared or AI-generated content.
AI Assistant
Assistant output can be inaccurate or inappropriate. Review its output and every proposed task action before relying on it. Do not use Kadai Assistant for emergencies or as a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice. Kadai may filter inputs and outputs to prevent harmful content.
Kadai Plus
Kadai Plus is optional and billed through Google Play. The purchase screen shows the full price and billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. You can manage or cancel in Google Play; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep Kadai available and secure, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. You are responsible for the content you submit and for granting appropriate people access to shared calendars.
